The technician will also add an expansion tank to the water heater and a toilet fill valve and toilet auger at no additional cost. Warranty: 2 yr labor 6 yr manufacturer warranty on heater
Just installed a new toilet in a Santa Ana, CA home. Installed the Toto Drake II model. Provides powerful flushing performance and water efficiency for the homeowner. Technician will excavate soil to expose existing sewer line. Technician will then modify sewer line and install a bull horn sweep clean out. Once finished technician will run water to insure there are no leaks and optimal flow is occurring. Once finished technicians will then backfill and compact existing soil.
Technician will pull existing toilet and attempt to clear main sewer line from any debris with an electric snake after line is cleared technician will then camera inspect line to investigate further for any issues. Once complete technician will then reset existing toilet with new wax ring. Technician will remove existing faucet due to low pressure and faucet not being mounted correctly. Technician will install new pull down faucet and will insure it is sturdy and that optimal flow is occurring. 1 year warranty on faucet itself and labor.
Technician will create front access in order to remove existing shower valve. Once shower valve is removed technician will then begin to modify water lines and install new shower valve. Once modifications are finished and shower valve is plumbed in, technician will then begin to pressurize home to insure their are no leaks.
