Replace 2 pfister avante style tub/shower valves with new moen posi-temp shower valves. To replace the valves, the technician will shut off water to the home and then open the walls behind both showers to gain access to the valves and the water lines in order to cut out and replace the tub/shower valves. Once the new valves are installed, the technician will thoroughly test and inspect to make sure there are no leaks and the. The technician will install an access panel where the wall was opened. Install/Replace 2 toilets with a standard elongated model comfort height and seat. Customer has a drain in wall behind kitchen cabinets that leaks when running the upstairs master bathroom lav. Referred Superior Restoration to further assess damage. Upon arrival the Technician was informed about the issue and once the water was turned on we noticed the leak on the vertical drain line from what appears to be a screw hole. A fern do was installed, and we checked for leaks, everything working properly.
Existing sprinkler valves in backyard had a leak, which was repaired by the tenant. There is currently no leak, but only one valve is currently getting water, as the line is capped just passed the valve. Due to the close proximity of fittings to each other, there is not enough piping available to reconnect, and as such the whole system needs to be replaced. JIG Plumbing will supply and install new sprinkler valves, as well as new fittings and piping, and reconnect to the existing water line. The valves will be reconnected to their various stations, and upon completion will be tested to ensure they are functioning properly. The wires will be connect to the timer, but the auto function will have to be tested by the tenant or the landscaper.

Upon arrival with use of leak detection equipment technician was able to pinpoint source of leak located at base of refrigerator.
JIG plumbing will excavate approximately 40 feet of soil in order to install new copper water service line during installation technicians will also install water service riser with PRV and ball valves towards the home. Once scope of work is finished technicians will then pressurize line to insure there are no more leaks. WARRANTY: 5 years on leaks and labor.
Upon arrival technician dug approximately 1 foot of soil in attempt to locate leak. Due to the leak being farther down the line, and due to the material being plastics technician is unable to trace water line.
