Job Locations and Reviews
I used drain equipment to clear a mop sink in the back of the kitchen that had standing water and would not drain. I also inspected other drains to ensure proper functionality.
Diagnosis will be done to determine were the smell is coming from. After checking all drains, one drain was found underneath an ice cream station with no water showing! , the existing water line is capped, and tenant stated that no water drains into that drain! About 3 small buckets of water were poured and the water drained ok, and now water is visible due to holding in the trap! Customer requested to put a plug on this drain, which I did. I believe the sewer smell was coming from the drain that was dry! No water holding in the trap is going to have gases coming out from it.
