Upon arrival, homeowner requested estimate in regards to installation of softening unit and moen flow leak detection all customer supplied items.

Arrived to provide customer with options to replace 50 gallon water heater. Water heater is currently working and customer will monitor.

JIG Plumbing will replace two emergency shut off valves located upstairs in the hallway guest bathroom. Technician will then replace one tubular P trap. One scope of work is completed. Downstairs toilet stoppage, Technician attempted to clear with an auger, and was successful. No warranty

Arrived to locate failed smoke detectors that were alarming in garage and customer had thought it was coming from her water heater. Removed failed smoke detectors from box on shelf and alarm stopped. No service fee.

Arrived and discovered that the hot side valve to the first faucet on the left was in the off position. This is the same faucet/sink that the technician hydro jetted, along with the break room sink in the very back. The technician turned the valve to the on position, put the stopper in the sink, and filled up the sink with water. Recorded a video and uploaded the results to the invoice. See video. The sink is not draining slow at all, on the contrary, the sink is draining very well. The technician also filled up the back sink with water and drained it. It is also draining very well. The technician strongly advises that all trash, including coffee grounds, are put in the trash can. Was not able to explain the situation to Rachelle, but requested a phone call from her when she is available.

Upon arrival, homeowner requested an estimate to install a recessed icemaker box.

Evaluate and troubleshoot the source of a waterline leak. During investigation all damaged areas appear to be from prior leak and no active leaking is presenting at this time. Recommend customer monitor the area.

Camera insspection- ran a sewer camera through the 3” cleanout in the garage and the 2” cleanout for the kitchen in the back yard. Ran the camera 65 feet from the garage cleanout to the city sewer. The pipe is in tact with only one crack, roughly 24 feet out. At 6 feet from the cleanout, there is a 1” downward offset where the sewage must “waterfall”. See photo. Ran the camera through the kitchen cleanout. Found large grease buildup at 10 feet and the camera would not push beyond the build up. See photo. Mini hydro jet recommended. Inspected the home and the meter is moving. When the 1” whole house emergency shut off (gate valve) was closed, the meter stopped moving, indicating a slab leak behind the valve. Turned off all 3 irrigation valves and the meter was still spinning. Leak detection recommended. The pressure is at 130 the pressure regulator is clearly broken. Replacement recommended. Jig plumbing will replace the soldered hose bib. We will remove the existing hose bib and add new pipe and a male adapter, and thread on a new hose bib for easy serviceability. We will check for leaks upon completion. Warranty: One year warranty

JIG Plumbing will hydro jet the break room sink to clear it and reset its lifespan. This will completely clear the drain for additional use. Additionally, we will hydro jet the sink in patient room 1 for no additional charge. It is strongly recommended that no food goes down the drain because there is no garbage disposal. All food ought to go into the trash. Warranty: 6 month warranty on both sink drains only. This warranty does not cover a blockage if food is put down the drain because there is no garbage disposal. It is recommended to keep an eye on the toilet tank, the kitchen basket strainer, and the three valves in the bathroom.

JIG Plumbing will install a thermal expansion tank on the cold outlet of the water heater. We will install a 2.1 gallon thermal expansion tank with brass fittings. We will check for leaks before leaving. It is recommended to replace the thermal expansion tank every 5 years Warranty: one year warranty on parts and labor Other issues, laundry valves, toilet valve in upstairs hall bath, two valves under sink in upstairs hall bath, and two valves in master shower. Also the downstairs pop up.

JIG will replace failed recirculating pump, descale unit, clean out any debris in cabinet of unit, flush out condensate line to ensure no obstruction or debris in line. Upon completion we will test for proper function and operation.

Upon arrival, was greeted by Emmanuel and discussed the needs of the home. He asked me several questions about softening and we discussed the benefits of softening and the downsides of not adding a whole house filtration to filter out the chlorine, including pinhole leaks in pipes and dry skin. Performed a complimentary in-home water quality test to measure the chlorine levels (and alkalinity). Water to the home has as much chlorine as a swimming pool. Water is also alkaline with high amounts of calcium and magnesium. Tested the fridge water filter and it effectively filters chlorine, but the carbon filter in the fridge is not designed to remove salt from soft water. Checked the water pressure with a pressure gauge and the pressure is at 130 psi, 50 psi higher than the safe threshold of 80psi (pressure ought to be between 50-80psi). Spent 20 minutes with Emmanuel before he left to the gym. Created multiple estimates and emailed them to the On File.
