Upon arrival the technician noticed the garbage disposal when turned on it was jammed. The technician explained to the customer that I can attempt to Unjam it, but if I was unsuccessful, I would provide options to replace it. The garbage disposal was unjammed successfully,and tested for any further damage or leaks. No warranty due to the debri that was pulled out of it.

JIG Plumbing will cut out a small section of pipe and rebuild it with two pro press couplings and two pro press 90s. We will only cut out the pipe that needs to be repaired. Arrived and talked with Vicky about the issues with the area drain. Vicky approved a snake and camera. Snaked from the curb upstream, however, the snake would not go further than 4 feet (still under the sidewalk). Ran the snake down from the area drain towards the curb with double blades but could not make it all the way to the curb. Removed my blades and ran my cable all the way to the curb. Took photo. Located the problem area in the pipe and took a photo (see the red and yellow markers. Yellow marker indicates the location. It is less than one foot deep). Also ran cable with no blades upstream from the area drain in the front yard, but it would not go all the way to the area drain in the back yard. Upon arrival, customer stated they had Switched home insurance companies, and the insurance they got is asking to install a Moen flow emergency shut off valve at the front main.after looking at the water service entering the home. A lot of modification will be needed to install a new Moen flow shut off valve The stucco wall will have to be opened up and modified to the correct height of the new install. A new ball valves will have to be installed for the irrigation.we will also have to tie back into the irrigation system, which does include more labor work to attended We will not be responsible for running any type of electrical for the unit. The mower flow does need power ran to the unit to function properly.

JIG plumbing will isolate water from home in order to begin modifications with copper piping. Technician will install a 1 inch quarter turn shut off valve above the cold inlet of the water heater Currently existing. technician will also install a check valve on the cold inlet side of the water heater as well, connecting to the water heater with a flex line. Technician will then install a half inch check valve connecting to the recirculating pump in order to create a closed, hot water system, and to prevent any siphoning occurring within the cold and hot water mixing. Initially installed a swing style 1” check valve, but the valve was not preventing back flow. Replaced the swing style check valve with a spring style check valve and the problem appears to be solved. When the new ball valve to the water heater was shut off, there was no hot or warm water at the kitchen faucet even with the recirculation pump on. WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks, labor and material

After much diagnosing, found that the hot water is back feeding through the cold water heater cold supply. Install a 1” check valve for the water heater and a 1/2” check valve for the recirculation line recommended. JIG Plumbing will replace the hot angle stop in the far back right restroom. We will reconnect the existing supply line and check for leaks. Removed the hot side angle stop and flex line. Installed a new quarter turn compression angle stop and new stainless steel braided supply line. Re-pressurized the line and checked for leaks. Checked the functionality of the angle stop. Warranty: 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

JIG plumbing will remove the existing single union 1” NR3XL pressure regulator. We will then install a like model in its place. We will check for leaks and check the pressure before leaving to ensure it’s working properly. We will also remove the existing hose bib and ball valve and cap the side with the ball valve. After coming out yesterday, today we tested the showers and found that the cold feed to the left shower is dead. Used the Goldak at various locations and ran water at all the bathrooms. Cold water supply to the kitchen only gets hot when recirculation line is on. Further diagnostics are needed to determine the issue(s).

Upon arrival, found that when kitchen faucet is diverted to cold water, the water is cold, gets hot, then cold again. After looking around and troubleshooting, more diagnostics are needed to determine if the issue is caused by a slab leak or crossover. Could not hear much with the Goldak. We will come back for more diagnostics another day.

Upon arrival home owner is experiencing a clogged laundry drain. Technician poured bio-enzymes complimentary. Home owner stated they would like to re-snake the drain themselves.

Estimate o replace two set of two-handle shower stems and seats for both the hallway restroom shower, and the master restroom shower. Once installed, both showers will bet tested to ensure proper functionality and no leaks. If the master restroom shower turns out to be different from the hallway, another option will be presented t the time of work, plowing for the homeowner to decide how to proceed. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year from date of service.

Customer showed me data from his Moen Flo that overnight the pressure went up. It also went up when he was out of the house running errands. Noted the model number of the pressure regulator and will research it to see if the regulator could be the issue. The water pressure drops significantly when water is in use, about 10-12 psi. Adjusted the pressure from 75 psi to about 50 psi and we will see if the pressure climbs again. If the pressure climbs too high, Kevin will turn off the water heater overnight to eliminate thermal expansion. He will do this two nights in a row and call us with the results.

Upon arrival the technician noticed the anti siphon valve was leaking, the technician tried to stop the leak, but unfortunately it kept leaking. The technician replaced the valve with a new one. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
