Replacement of existing garbage disposal with Premium 3/4 Disposal. 1 yr parts and labor warranty.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install new hot water dispensing faucet at kitchen sink, as the existing faucet is leaking. Technician will disconnect the faucet from the heater, and remove it from the counter. The new faucet will be installed, and reconnected to the heater. Once connected, it will be tested to ensure there are no leaks, and functions properly. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year from date of service. No warranty on under sink heater.

JIGPlumbing will attempt to snake and clear a 3” area drain at the back yard. This area drain flows in the direction towards the back yard out to the Main Street. JIG Plumbing recommends exposing were the line connects to a Tee, and changing out to a Combi. Also recommend to install another drain access at the grass area between the carport and the back wall. Debri and accumulation out. No Warranty.

JIG Plumbing will cut out a small section of leaking 1/2” pipe and replace it. We will replace it with 1/2” copper type L pipe rather than type M or soft copper. We will use pro press couplings to make the connection. Warranty: 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

Supply and install new 40 gallon nat. gas water heater up to code and manufacturer specifications. Upon arrival, placed a drop cloth on the floor in front of the existing heater. Removed control valve to drain heater since the ball cock wasn’t allowing the heater to drain. Disconnected the grounding connections to both water supplies and gas supply. Turned off the water to the building and disconnected the gas and water supplies. Needed to remove earthquake straps, gas valve, and gas valve nipple to remove old heater from tight and small closet. Turned off the gas before removing the gas valve. After heater was removed, disconnected the hot side galvanized 90. Removed a nipple, bell reducer, and ball valve from cold side. Replaced with brass fittings. Placed new water heater into the closet, pushing it back just far enough for closet door to close. Attached brand new hot and cold supplies and installed temperature and pressure relief valve, reconnecting it to the existing drain line.

Option to reroute burst water line(s), No repairs to drywall included. We will cut lines at island and back trace them to manifold to feed new poly tube through existing copper. JIG Plumbing will Jack hammer slab concrete in order to install new hot and cold water lines. Technician will utilize pex piping, and 2 inch abs in order to shield piping and make it replaceable for the future. Technician will have to cut drywall and modify copper piping in order to do so. Once completed technician will then provide a rough patch of concrete. WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks,labor and material. DISCLAIMER: flooring put back and drywall patching will not be included.

Performed leak detection services with Electronic leak detection and location equipment. During detection found 1/2” copper line has burst feeding to island kitchen sink through slab of home. Pipe burst has resulted in instantaneous flooding of kitchen area damaging wood floor.

Used 3/8” cable to clear another stoppage further down the line. Used camera to inspect and ensure there are no more issues. Due to the nature of the plumbing in the wall, no further warranty can be applied to the work completed.

There is a stoppage in the drain line upstairs after where the AC condensation line tied in to the sink drain. JIG Plumbing will attempt to clear the line with a pressure assisted tool, in order to bread up the stoppage. Once clear, the line will be tested to ensure proper functionality. If this does not work, then a mechanical snake will be required, which will be on a separate estimate. Replaced a 50-gallon water heater with a new unit. Disconnected and removed the old heater, ensuring proper disposal. I installed an extension above the baffle tee and added a garbage disposal drain tailpiece to enhance the kitchen sink's drainage efficiency, at no charge to the customer. Just dispatched to address on behalf of a client in La Verne, California. The issue was a leakage from a burst 1/2" copper line. The line was connected to the recirculation pump of a water heater. The repair included a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering parts and labor.

This job was still under warranty, the leak was from one of the connections from the baffle tee, It was loose. Double checked all connections, and tested while running water and running the dishwasher as well.

Technician investigated for source of pipe leak. Upon arrival, technician was able to hear a loud leak through the stucco behind the kitchen. Cut open the stucco and found the leak on a 1/2” copper 90. Cut out and rebuilt a small section to replace the copper 90. Once section was rebuilt, the technician turned on the water inspected for leaks. Found another leak on the tee next to the repair. Upon return, technician shut off the main water and rebuilt section using 1/2” pex. Technician then turned back on the main water and inspected repair for leaks but found none.

Arrived to service multiple area drain access points to clear of debris that range from roots, sand, grout/plaster, and miscellaneous debris. Any areas where clear abuse is noted will not be under any warranty.

Technician will reroute water line due to existing slab leak. Technician will utilize pex piping and will insure there are no leaks after water line has been pressurized. Technician will then due a rough clean up and will cover drywall in plastic. WARRANTY:1 year on leaks and labor
