Technician will perform standard ELD throughout the home. In conclusion to diagnosis technician was able to confirm their is no slab leak.

Repair section of leaking 1/2” pex b pipe. Met Eric on site and used access panels behind washer and dryer to spot leak (see video). Attempted to locate leak by removing shower trim to inspect valve. Valve was completely dry, leak was above crawl space and below valve. Opened drywall behind refrigerator and found leaking 1/2” pex b connection to female adapter. Adapter threaded onto 1/2” brass nipple. Cut out 20” section of pex b and unthreaded adapter. Eric ran to Lowe’s to grab push to connect x female adapter and a push to connect coupling. Threaded female adapter and used coupling to repair. Checked for leaks. Reattached shower trim and threw away drywall.

Upon arrival in Pomona, CA, I observed the filter housing was leaking. I replaced the leaking housing and installed a new filter to ensure proper water flow. Additionally, I installed a new ball valve and hose bib for improved control and ease of use. The system was tested, and everything is functioning properly without leaks.

Existing wall mount toilet in the third-floor women’s restroom has a small leak coming from what appears to be the gasket where the toilet connects to the drain line. JIG plumbing will disconnect the Sloan valve and remove the toilet from the wall in order to install a new gasket. The toilet will then be re-mounted to the wall and secured. Sloan valve will be reconnected, and then the toilet will be tested to ensure proper functionality and no leaks.

Upon arrival, the technician found the garbage disposal collar mounting bolts were missing which caused the leaking underneath the kitchen sink and all over the garbage disposal. Due to age and condition, the technician replaced the 1/2 hp garbage disposal with a new disposal collar. To reconnect the air gap the technician also had to replace the discharge hose as well due to the different dimensions of the new disposal.
