. Technician was called to check a leak at the 3 compartment commercial sink,once a brief inspection was done, it was the basket strainer leaking when the water was turned on. It is recommended to remove and install a new one and reconnect to the drains underneath. Women’s restroom, last toilet stall to the left. Upon arrival the toilet was flushed and continuously kept running. The technician then proceeded to remove and replace the diaphragm in the valve. Once the new one was installed the toilet was was tested and flushed. Working properly.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown multiple floor drains that were holding water and also a floor clean out. The technician attempted to use an electric snake to clear the drain through the floor clean out. The technician made multiple attempts but was unsuccessful. Next, the technician used a smaller cable through the floor drain underneath the ice maker and was mostly successful. The water level dropped significantly and the technician found steel wool on the cable when pulled back. The technician then found the floor clean out was a 2 way clean out and the direction towards the dishwashing sink was the direction towards the mainline. The technician used the electric snake to clear the line more but the line was still holding. Pulled back more steel wool on cable. The technician then attempted to use the mini jet to clear the rest of the debris in the line and was successful. Recommended a scheduled cable and jet maintenance of the line.

Upstairs hallway bathroom, shower cartridge replacement. The technician went ahead and replaced the Delta cartridge, once installed the water was turned back on and tested for leaks. Working properly, 90 days warranty on parts and labor.

Upon arrival, tested both toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. However, neither toilet is currently backed up. Flushed the downstairs toile 5 times with toilet paper to see if a high volume of water would cause the waste disposal system to back up. However, the toilet flushed well every time. Inspected the rest of the system for damage, including the pressure regulator, whole house emergency shut off, and water heater. Everything is in good shape. Looked for a mainline cleanout to access the main sewer pipe to the building, but did not find one. It is recommended to install a mainline cleanout in order to service the waste disposal system. Garbage disposal is currently clogged. When the switch is activated, the disposal hums but the blades do not spin. Jig Plumbing will attempt to unclog the disposal with the unjam tool. If the unjam is successful, We will ensure the blades are working before leaving. The unjam went according to plan. It is recommended to turn on the disposa

Upon arrival, found that a back to back sink is backed up in building E-3, Northwest corner. Blockage appears to be a singular blockage that is preventing both back to back sinks from draining. Also found two urinals in men’s restroom in the chapel building that are backed up. JIG will remove the p trap in the northwest corner and drain the water. We will then attempt to clear the blockage with a 3/8” snake. We will the. Put back the trap and run water to check the flow and for leaks. Unclogging the sink went according to plan. JIG will remove the cleanout cap and snake the drain to attempt to clear the blockage. If the cleanout is not for servicing the urinals, we may need to remove the urinal. Unclogging the urinal was successful. Attempted to clear by running the 3/8” snake through the right side urinal. However, the snake came up on the left side urinal. Very unusual. Ran the 3/8” snake thru the left side urinal to successfully clear the blockage. Tested by pouring water down

Upon arrival at 8am, lavatory drain is backing up, kitchen drain is backing up, and tenants mentioned that roots grow in the mainline. Shower drain and toilet are draining well. Attempted to run the 1/2” cable through the 2” kitchen cleanout and through the waste arm to clear. The cable went 50 feet, but when the drain was tested it still backed up. Ran cable through the lav cleanout outside the home. Ran it about 20 feet before getting stuck. Could not clear either drain. Ran the descale machine through the kitchen cleanout. After running it 28 feet, the descale would not push any further. Could not see anything on the camera. Found the location by the back gate, see photo.clocstion is 1.5 feet deep. Even my smaller camera would not fit inside the 1.5” lav cast iron cleanout. Ran the camera through the 4” Abs cleanout and found a major offset and roots growing in the driveway. Located, see photo. Location is 9 feet deep. The lavatory and kitchen are draining, but they are draining

Upon arrival the technician flushed one of the toilets (back to back ) and within a couple of flushes they both backed up. Lavs, and showers not affected. Technician went ahead and pulled one of the toilets and snaked the drain line attempting to clear the stoppage. Once clear the toilet was reset, water turned back on, and flushed both toilets several times. Both toilets working properly, No Warranty due to improper access. At the same restroom technician noticed one of the lavs drains was leaking when running water. The technician went ahead and also replaced the p trap and dirty arm. Working properly.

Met with Jamie to take photos of the boiler located on the roof of the gym building. Incoming water supply is 1-1/2” with a 2” inlet and outlet water connections to the unit. Incoming gas pipe is 2”. Also took photos of a water fountain that Jamie wants to convert to a bottle fill station (same one that Joe installed earlier). Jamie stated that the p trap may be too high and we may need to adjust the height of the p trap. Took measurement of the height. Jason will create estimate and get back to Jamie.

Upon arrival, homeowner requested competitive estimate for the installation of a client supply tankless unit. Initially agreed to a customer supplied unit, however, after some discussion, JIG PLUMBING will supply a Noritz EZ98. JIG plumbing will isolate water to the home and will begin the removal of the existing tank heater located in the garage. Technician will then install Noritz EZ98 tankless unit. Technician will have to modify copper piping, gas, piping, and venting. Technician will ensure that the unit is sturdy and secured to the wall. Once scope of work is completed, Technician will then pressurize the unit to ensure that there are no leaks and that optimal flow is occurring. JIG Plumbing will replace the delta shower cartridge to stop the drip from the tub spout. We will also replace the tub spout since it does not divert all of the water. We will add a clear caulking sealant to the tub spout to prevent water from seeping behind the shower. We will check for leaks before leaving. Warranty: 30 day warranty on parts and labor

West south side of parking lot,JIGPlumbing repaired an irrigation quick connect fitting water was turned back on and tested for leaks. Working properly.

JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new pop up area drain for the east side area drain. The existing drain terminates under the grass, and cannot empt properly. Technician removed a section of lawn in order to provide relief for now. A new section of piping will be added, in order to get the drain as close to the curb as possible.

Replace two old style Moen push pull cartridges in bathrooms. At this time we will attempt to cable are drains to determine if lines are ran properly and or clearable.

JIG will arrive to saw cut section of concrete around floor sink to expose line and replace sink, trap, and cable line. Camera inspection will also be performed at this time to determine if further issues exist. JIG will patch concrete back around floor sink but no tile repairs will be included. Upon arrival, moved the stainless steel countertops and dishwasher. Removed tile around the floor sink, removing dirt and concrete. Removed the no hub band and removed the existing corroded sink. The p trap had a large hole in it, which is why previous tech could not clear the drain. Ran water through the drain and it backed up. Ran the 3/8” cable through the 2” pipe to clear the drain. Ran the camera and found a black plastic cap stuck in the pipe. Marked the area on the floor with a pencil where the cap is stuck. Could not remove the cap with a snake. The cap stuck in the line is 6’-3” away from the new cleanout. We inspected the existing pipe and the connection to the new abs is in excell

JIGPlumbing will attempt to use a de scale machine to remove scale buildup in the drain line. After several attempts to snake this drain line with a main line machine and a video inspection. After the descale was done a second camera inspection was done and it still shows in a couple of sections were water seems to stand after several flushes. This is an indication that a possible belly or not enough fall on the drain line.

Water from upstairs unit leaking into downstairs restroom ceiling One of the showers was leaking from the corroded shower head arm that threads into the wall fitting. The arm was successfully removed and a new one was installed. Sections of the drywall around the shower are damaged due to water leaking for some time. After install was complete,water was turned back on and tested for leaks at front and back panel access.

Upon arriving the technician ran water on all 3 sinks and only the left side backed up. Technician dropped the trap and continued to skate from there. The stoppage was clear. Hair and accumulation out. 30 day warranty barring any abuse.

Upon arriving both toilets in this dorm were backed up. Showers and lavs were not affected. Technician went ahead and pulled the toilet on the left side and used the main line machine to snake the drain line. The technician snaked and successfully cleared the stoppage. Toilet was then reset with new wax rings and tested both while flushing continuously. No sign of abuse was found. 30 day warranty.

JIGPlumbing attempted to snake and clear the drain using to different cables and was unsuccessful. On 1/22/25 JIGPlumbing attempted to hydro jet the drain, snake it, used the flex shaft. Was unsuccessful. JIGPlumbing will have to come back and cut out a section around the floor sink. Building E 3rd floor replaced a p trap and a branch tail piece for one of the lavs.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a wet area of carpeting in front of the master bathroom lav and partially in the closet. The technician then performed a leak detection on the hot and cold water lines under the lav and the hot and cold shut off valves that supply the unit and found it was coming from the hot water lines. The technician also attempted to check the 502 unit behind but the homeowner would not answer the door. Recommend contacting your HOA for the hot water leak.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a leak on a 3/4” copper line that has been spraying the stucco since Wednesday. For now the technician stopped the leak with a piece of rubber and a hose clamp. The technician also was shown an area where water was coming up from underneath the flooring. After further inspection, the technician found that the old toilet in the bathroom nearby had a lot of silicone around the base of the toilet and around the toilet bolts. Upon flushing the toilet, the technician heard gurgling in the lav next to the toilet. Recommend pulling the toilet and inspecting the drain line. Also recommend having a restoration company come give an evaluation.

Jig Plumbing will Install 2 customer supplied widespread lav faucets at master bathroom, side by side vanity. After installing the technician inspected all connections for any leaks. Everything working properly. 90 day warranty on labor only.

Install new diaphragm and vacuum breaker for the affected tiptoes in the upstairs offices as well as the women's stall in the worship center.

In room 109 the toilet would not flush at all and showed signs of leaking at the spud. In room 106 the spud had come out which would cause flooding when flushed. Also the valve was leaking from the diaphragm. The technician then rebuilt both of the toilet flushometer valves which controls the flow of water into the toilet during a flush and replaced both of the toilet spuds which connect the flushometer valves to the toilet. Also drilled a hole through the concrete to allow the previously installed tankless condensation line to drain out into the dirt. Warranty: 30 day commercial warranty on the rebuilds
