Upon arrival, the technician was shown a leak on the roof of the apartment building. The leak was on a hot water 1”x3/4”x3/4” tee. To repair the tee, the technician had to cut out a large section of a mixture of 1-1/4”, 1”, and 3/4” copper and fittings. While making repair the technician found another leak on one of the 3/4” lines nearby and continued repair to just past this point. Before making repair the technician noticed the boiler leaking and pointed this out to the manager. To make the repairs, the technician had to shut off the boiler. We are not responsible if any issues arise with the boiler after repair. Warranty: 6 month parts and labor on repair only

Upon arrival Technician noticed the sink was backed up with water. Technician recommended to customer to attempt to dislodge the disposal first, and if that didn’t work, it would have to be replaced. Technician got the approval from the customer to unjamm the disposal, proceeded and unjammed the garbage disposal. Technician checked for leaks and made sure the disposal works properly.

Technician will replace one supply line to the hot water heater. WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks labor and material In conclusion to scope of work technician was successful in eliminating supply line leak, but was able to confirm that the temperature pressure relief valve has failed. Technician HIGHLY RECOMMENDS to replace unit due to its age and current state not being up to California code standards.

Upon arrival, I re-lit the water heater’s pilot light, restoring hot water to the home. After ensuring the unit was operating correctly, I advised the homeowner that if the water heater shuts off again, it may indicate a more significant issue, such as a failing thermocouple, gas valve, or overall system wear. I recommended considering a replacement if the problem persists, as older units are less efficient and prone to recurring issues. This proactive approach can prevent unexpected loss of hot water.

Technician will modify schedule 40 abs utilizing certain fittings and heavy duty band.

New 1” gas PE service line from meter to house with new shut off valves and EQ valve. We will pressure test new line and existing lines. Any leaks past service riser would be billed separately. Gas line to the pool was left of at the ball valve per customer’s request.

To replace failed closet flange with new ABS flange at time of supply and install of new toilet, new angle stop, and new supply line. Also replaced the hose bib at the backyard.

Existing water heater is in a closet in the house, and is leaking both gas and water. JIG Plumbing will remove the existing water heater, as well as the existing gate valve to shut off the water to the heater, and will install a new shut off as well as water heater. JIG Plumbing will also haul away the old water heater.

Replace existing gas valve for stove, shorter nipple and new gas valve. Replace dishwasher shut off with a new one. Gas stove and dishwasher were left on and connected.

Technician will inspect plumbing throughout the home to determine cause of leak. In conclusion to diagnosis, technician was able to determine cause of damage was caused by a pressurized copper fitting suddenly bursting. Technician highly recommended to repipe the home due to the age of the piping and highly corroded fittings throughout the home.

Technician will utilize electronic leak detection equipment in order to conclude if home is experiencing a slab leak. In conclusion to leak detection, technician was able to conclude that the home is not experiencing a slab leak. Technician proceeded to run water at fixtures such as the toilet, hand sink, and tub. Technician was unable to recreate issue. Technician spotted multiple issues throughout the home please refer to photos.

Supplied and installed a total of 4 toilets and hauled away the old ones.

Technician will modify gas line due to certain sections of corrosion occurring an existing failed regulator needing replacement. On modifications are made and connected technician will pressurize gas line to insure their are no leaks. WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks and labor.

In kitchen area where drain lines have been exposed we will replace these lines with new ABS. This will correct some minor leaking areas, and also some minor flow issues due to lack of grade. At time of work we will replace both closet bends and the flanges with new wax rings for toilets as well. All work to be warrantied for period of 5 yrs parts and labor.

Hallway restroom. Branch main line at a pulled and reset toilet accumulation out, No Warranty due to improper cleaning. A clean out must be installed for proper cleaning of sewer line. During the video inspection noticed heavy grease buildup in certain areas of the drain line. Recommend a Descale and hydro jetter to clean this drain line.

Arrived to perform visual inspection of exposed drain lines for both upstairs restrooms. Previous water leakage is visible, but there appears to be no current active water leaks.

Inspected water heater in garage, found a pilot light issue and was able to repair it on the spot.

Existing toilet has potential leaking issues, inspection and testing does not show. Current leaks. The initial leak is possibly due to a partial soft stoppage, which allowed water to seep out of the wax ring. Once the line was plunged, stoppage was broken up and water again. Will reset the toilet and inspect flanged. I’m sure there are no further issues.

Existing Subs, Falve threads were disintegrating, allowing water to rush both in to the bathroom and out and down onto the carport below the bathroom. When the top, so it was further investigate it, it was extremely loose and was able to be pulled out my hand without on threading. New tub spout will be installed in order to ensure proper flow of water for shower or tub.
