To replace a customer supplied hand held faucet stem for the bath tub, no warranty will be applied to this. We will also do a brief inspection on the shower head, and replace the condensation hose under the hallway sinks.

After a quick inspection by turning on the water it started to immediately leak from shower arm and the shower head connector. It was taken apart, added Teflon tape and re connected, leaks stopped! Technician used camera to inspect the line. There was a lot of had grease build up in the line. Cleaned the line using our descale machine and our hydro jet. Used camera to inspect the line again and concluded there is a belly in the line which is a section that is sagging and holds water. Technician then installed a new 2” clean out in the open drywall section where pipe has been cut. Technician then inspected areas for leaks. Found a small leak under the kitchen sink on the cold water shut off valve. Replaced sharkbite valve with a new compression angle stop. 1 year warranty on parts and labor 90 day warranty on stoppages except abuse.

Technician will re-install Toto Bidet toilet seat that has come loose.

Remove the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. Upon removing the toilet the caulking around the base was old, and had a bad urine odor, the wax ring was also bad. Did not re-caulk to see if the odor will go away!.
