Technician will isolate water from home and remove existing emergency shut-off valve. Technician will then install new 1/4 turn emergency shut off valve utilizing new compression feral. Once complete technician will then pressurize system to insure their are no leaks. WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks, labor and material. NOTE: technician highly advised homeowner to have a restoration company assess water damage due to large amounts within the restroom. Client declined referral.
