This may also significantly increase the hot water pressure throughout the house if there is a lot of build up in the heat exchanger. We want to be clear- descaling the water heater is not a guaranteed fix for the water pressure, however, the water heater must be descaled at least once a year, and the water heater was made in 2019. Upon arrival, technician was able to determine that the tub stopper is not working effectively due to a worn gasket. Technician highly recommended to replace it in order for it to stop water from draining. Technician also noticed the cold side roman tub stem leaking and highly recommended to replace the stems as well.

Upon arrival customer stated there has been water accumulating at the base of the toilet. The owner of the home has been cleaning up water for the past three days and has not dissipated from the ground. After inspecting the toilet nothing from above is leaking and causing the base of the toilet to be saturated with water a recommendation to pull and reset the toilet with a new wax ring will be presented to the customer Owner of the home has also mentioned a clogged sink in the same restroom. JIG plumbing will snake the line from a cleanout to clear the line. Attempted to clear the line from inside Choco Factory. However, I did not hit anything even after 100 ft. Went around the property opening cleanout caps and looking for a cleanout that was holding water. After talking with Frankie about the direction of the sewer, looked for a cleanout near Dono, but no accessible cleanouts. Removed the toilet in Dono men’s restroom and snaked to clear. Did not pull back anything. Attempted to reset the toilet but the flange ring is not secure to the floor, so the toilet would not remain secure to the ground. Main water shut off and regulator installed, provided and installed 2 new toilets and 2 new sinks for the restrooms. Water was drained,and re installed with a drain pan, straps and up to code. Upon arrival, the technician will cut open the stucco around the kitchen cleanout to expose the 2” ABS santee in the wall that is currently leaking. The technician will cut out the damaged ABS and rebuild using new ABS pipe and fittings. Once repair is complete, the technician will test work thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Update: Upon completion of the repair yesterday, the technician found another crack on the pipe which was leaking. The technician returned and cut out the cracked section of pipe and found the pipe was cracked down to the coupling in the concrete. The technician chipped away at the concrete around the drain line to expose the coupling and the technician used a special drill attachment to drill the damaged ABS pipe out of the fitting. The technician then glued in a new piece of ABS into the coupling and connected to the repaired section.
