Replace existing disposal with new standard grade disposal.

Investigated leak near water heater. The technician was informed of a toilet on the other side of the wall where most of the water was. Upon further investigation the technician found the leak was coming from the toilet wax seal. The technician pulled the toilet, cleaned, and prepared the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. While the toilet was pulled it was clear that the wax ring never made contact with the toilet which was the cause of the leak. Warranty: 30 day labor warranty

Upon arrival, found corrosion on several angle stops in master bathroom. Removed old brasscraft multi turn angle stops and replaced with new brasscraft chrome plated quarter turn angle stops. Rubber on flex lines were all good so we reused flex lines. Checked for leaks. Angle stops are on pex pipe.

Main line at a 2” clean out in restroom,accumulation out. 30 day warranty, any abuse will not fall under warranty. Floor sink under 3 compartment sink in kitchen, snaked at trap an line. Pieces of stainless steel scrubbing pad, out, accumulation out. No warranty on this drain. Recommended to snake these drains once a year, grease interceptor has to be pumped out as scheduled, to avoid any stoppages.

JIG plumbing will unclog left urinal in men’s warehouse restroom by running a 1/4” snake down the trap. See before and after videos. We will repair right side urinal to allow it to flush normally (currently have to hit handle hard and just right for it to flush). Replaced urinal diaphragm and checked for leaks. Ran snake down right side urinal (free of charge) preventatively. Attempted to repair hand washing faucet but seat was beyond repair. Replaced faucet with krowne 12-812L faucet. Flushed system of debris without aerator and replaced aerator. Checked all serviced fixtures for leaks.

On 11/11/24 came to install the customer supplied shower cartridge, but unfortunately the customer bought the wrong one for the second time. He will be available this Friday, so we will provide and install the cartridge. Shower valve

Upon arrival technician was able to conclude that existing system currently has no salt. Technician believes the constant running of water could be due to a clogged line and or faulty manifold equipment. Technician highly recommend a replacement unit due to the current age of the existing unit.

Technician will replace emergency gas valve WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks labor and material

JIG plumbing will replace six 1/2” IP angle stops with brand new quarter turn stops. We will shut off the water using the ball valve by the water heater, remove old stops, add new stops, add new supply lines, turn the water back on, flush system of any debris from each angle stop, and check for leaks. Upon arrival, talked with Eugene about scope of work and inspected water heater for leaks. Upon completion, showed Eugene the work.

Inspected the shower cartridge, and customer will order the correct cartridge and trim and handle. Customer will call back to schedule once he gets the parts.

Upon arrival, the technician was able to diagnose the source of the internal leak on your tankless water heater. The best solution is to replace your current discontinued Rinnai tankless water heater that is no longer under warranty with the newer updated model, the Rinnai RE Series 180 MBH indoor non Condensing heater. Warranty -Heat Exchanger: 15 years or 12,000 operation hours, whichever occurs first -All Other Parts and Components: 5 Years -Labor: 1 Year

Diagnosed issue with Rinnai tankless water heater and provided the customer with an estimate to replace the unit.

JIG will rebuild sensor type flushometer valve that is malfunctioning. Parts will require ordering from supply house. JIG plumbing attempted to repair American Standard Selectronic 1.28 GPF with a full rebuild: new battery, vacuum breaker, and solenoid/piston assembly. However, valve body seat that seals against piston was corroded and metal seat was eaten away. Replaced entire flushometer, and checked for leaks. Water hammer occurs on all flushometers and is due to the type and brand of flush valve installed.

Downstairs restroom by garage. Upon arrival the technician was told about the stoppage. Once the technician diagnosed the issue, the problem was only a branch main line. No other toilets, or drains were affected. The technician pulled and reset the toilet, and the drain line was snaked , accumulation out. 30 day warranty. The 2 clean outs in the garage were not affected.

Install C/S toilet and haul away. 30 day labor warranty on customer supplied toilet.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a leak at the water heater JIG installed about a year ago. The technician found the leak was caused by a failed supply line and replaced the supply line under warranty.

Downstairs hallway toilet is backing up and needs to be augered. The upstairs master restroom toilet is draining slowly and will also need to be augured. JIG Plumbing will use a toilet augur to break up and dislodge the stoppages located in the toilets, and flush to ensure that the toilet is clear and flushing properly.

This customer supplied water heater,will be returned to Home Depot, under warranty. If there is a price difference that Jig Plumbing has to pay, we will add the difference to the bill. The difference was added to the total

Technician will auger urinal toilet. DISCLAIMER: No warranty.

Upon arrival customer gave the technician all the parts to replace. This included a tub spout, delta shower cartridge trim and handle, and shower head. After installation water was turned on and tested for leaks. Everything working properly. 30 days warranty on labor

Upon arrival the Technician noticed that the customer had taken everything apart except for the cartridge. After explaining to the customer and agreeing to the price, the Technician went ahead and changed it out and put everything back together. Once the water was back on, it was inspected and checked for leaks. Everything working properly. 1 year warranty on parts and labor

Technician will utilize electronic leak detection. In conclusion to leak detection technician was able to conclude that the home is not experiencing a slab leak. Technician was able to confirm the source of sudden leak is occurring from the dishwasher appliance connecting to the supply line which technician believes to have bursted. Technician isolated water from the unit in order to eliminate the leak for the time being.
