While customer was doing dishes, the garbage disposal was run. When the garbage disposal was activated, water began backing up and overflowing from the sink and onto the kitchen floor, causing a flood. Flooring was damaged, and countertops were flooded. Source of back up, appears to be a soft stoppage.

Existing customer installed mixit cartridge is not turning on or off. Cartridge will be removed and inspected to ensure that it is the correct type, and then re-inserted and tested to ensure proper functionality and flow. No warranty can be applied to any work due to it being existing Plumbing.

Used a camera to inspect the line and found lots of roots but was unable to find broken snake blade. NO WARRANTY due to roots. Will provide options to hydro jet.

Gas company has raised concerns about the current state of the piping going in to the house. Rust is showing through the paint on the fittings. JIG Plumbing will install new piping and fittings, removing the items mentioned by The Gas Company. Paint in a similar color to the current grey will be used to clay and protect the piping. JIG Plumbing will also cut and cap the pool heater line, as the customer no longer uses this line for the heater.

Upon arrival technician repair pinhole leak occurring within the attic on hot water line. NOTE: The total amount of 500.00$ was discounted on the current estimate for the repiping of the home. In attic above bathroom in hall way we will make a spot repair on a burst 3/4” hot water line. 1 yr warranty on repairs.

Upon arrival technician replaced guys of anti siphon valve and repaired small section of pvc. NOTE: This scope of work was processed under warranty. If anti siphon valve begins to leak home owner will have to replace valve which would not be covered under warranty.
