Upon arrival technician was able to determine existing regulator has failed and will need to be replaced.

Upon arrival, technician was informed of a water leak causing damage both upstairs and downstairs. Upon further inspection the technician found the leak to be coming from the upstairs bedroom wall. The technician had to open the drywall to gain access to the source of the leak. Once the wall was open, the technician found a 1” burst hot water line. Upon arrival technician believes hot floor is originating from comfort pump connected to the water heater causing hot temperature to the flooring causing humidity which will then lead to moisture.

Technician will have to access attic space in order to be able to relocate and or raise pex water line away from duct venting. Technician will then re-modify venting/duct work in order to gain proper air flow. Once complete technician will then test system to insure air flow is occurring. Upon arrival technician was able to confirm that homeowner is experience a pressurized burst copper pipe. Technician will have to repair section in order to eliminate source of the damage that had occurred.
