J.i.g plumbing will be performing a rerout for one singular line. There is a burst copper line that has sprung under their concrete on a 3/4 line . For our technician to perform this task we will have to re route this line up and over to the next manifold . To run the pipe up and over we will cut minimal amount of drywall to create the path best to run the line. Once the line is complete both manifolds will be reconfigured with Pex adapters so we can attach our new line Jig plumbing will not be responsible for any drywall patches that have been but by us. Warranty for 5 years on parts and labor
Existing cartridge is leaking, and tenant states they dump water every so often. JIG Plumbung will a supply and install a new delta cartridge in order to eliminate the issue. Once installed, it will be tested to ensure proper operation. Parts and labor warranty for up to one year from date of service.
Upon arrival technician hydro jetted approximately 65-70 feet at approximately 2500-3000 psi utilizing specialized heads in order to remove debris. Technician attempted multiple passes to insure their sewer line is clean. Technician then camera inspected line in order to determine the condition of the pipe. Technician noticed an offset clay connection 3 feet away from the city saddle. JIG Plumbing will hydro jetted via access cleanout
Upon arrival, the technician was shown a reverse osmosis faucet and an ice maker valve with low pressure. After further inspection, the technician found that the reverse osmosis system supplied both the RO faucet and the ice maker line from the ice maker loop under the kitchen sink. The tenet informed the technician that they will not need the reverse osmosis system because they purchase water jugs for their water dispenser machine. The technician removed and disposed of the old reverse osmosis system and tied the refrigerator back in with a braided steel supply line.
Technician will snake tub and shower in order to attempt to clear line once line is cleared technician will then run water to insure optimal flow is occurring. WARRANTY: 30 days in stoppages. DISCLAIMER: Foreign objects can void warranty.
Upon arrival, the technician was directed to demoed shower was given instructions to install the new customer supplied shower valve and customer supplied shower drain. The technician shut off the water to the home and cut out the old shower valve and shower head riser and replaced the shower valve with a new customer supplied shower valve with a new taller shower head riser and a handheld stubout. Once completed, the technician then turned on the water and tested for leaks and functionality. Then the technician cut the drain riser lower and installed the new customer provided shower drain. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor
Upon arrival, the technician was shown a leaking kitchen sink and a slow filling toilet in the master bathroom. After further inspection the technician found the kitchen sink was leaking due to a failed basket strainer and the toilet needed a new fill valve due to the age and condition of the valve. Replaced both the basket strainer for the kitchen sink and the toilet fill valve for the upstairs master bathroom toilet. Upon completion, the technician tested the scope of work thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Warranty: 90 day warranty on basket strainer and fill valve.
Arrived to provide Emon and Pari with whole house inspection and three options to solve their plumbing needs. Talked with the. In detail and answered their questions. Mentioned that the estimates are good for 14 days. Took photos and alerted them to possible problems in their plumbing system, including old angle stops and old supply lines.
Main line at 3” clean out on the west side of the house. After several attempts to clear the line, noticed the cable rattling in the garage, floor grate,opened it up and found a back water valve. The entire drain line was snaked and also did a video inspection. Customer is aware of the backwater valve, and it was recommended by the technician to leave it out. Customer agreed and will leave out the flapper to the backwater valve. 30 day warranty on this barring any abuse.
Install a customer supplied toilet. Includes any fastening or sealing, as well as thorough testing to ensure proper installation. Haul away and dispose of old included. Warranty: 30 day labor warranty on customer supplied toilet. 1 year parts and labor on emergency shut off
Upon arrival technician was able to determine existing regulator has failed and will need to be replaced.
Upon arrival, technician was informed of a water leak causing damage both upstairs and downstairs. Upon further inspection the technician found the leak to be coming from the upstairs bedroom wall. The technician had to open the drywall to gain access to the source of the leak. Once the wall was open, the technician found a 1” burst hot water line. Estimate for repairs will be provided. 1” PEX hot water line repair in upstairs bedroom wall. No warranty due to type of PEX pipe used by builder.
Upon arrival technician believes hot floor is originating from comfort pump connected to the water heater causing hot temperature to the flooring causing humidity which will then lead to moisture.
Technician will utilize electronic leak detection equipment. In conclusion to leak detection technician was able to confirm that the home is not experiencing a slab leak currently. Technician highly advised to monitor fluctuation in flooring temperature.

Remove and replace existing 2" piping and replace with ABS up to 5'. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor warranty
After series of tests that were performed by technician, in conclusion to diagnosis, the technician was able to confirm a sudden fail with a 2” ABS fitting. Will provide an estimate for repairs.
K and install a hallway Lav faucet with pop up assembly included.after installation the technician inspected all connections for any leaks. Everything working properly.
Medium grade toilet supply and install with new shut off, supply line, and wax ring. Haul away included. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor
Technician will have to access attic space in order to be able to relocate and or raise pex water line away from duct venting. Technician will then re-modify venting/duct work in order to gain proper air flow. Once complete technician will then test system to insure air flow is occurring. DISCLAIMER: minimum 2 hour charge for this service is included, charging 235.00$ per hour. NOTE: technician does not deem necessary to install dampeners at this moment. If needed after service technician will then install dampers modifying duct work at additional 2 hour charge.
I removed standing water from the women’s restroom using a Shop Vac to ensure the area was dry and safe. The source of the water issue is still being investigated. An estimate for the necessary repairs will be provided once the cause is identified. The area has been secured, and any further action will be taken promptly to resolve the issue.
I used a cable and mini jet to clear the kitchen drain line, removing any clogs or debris. After cleaning, I performed a camera inspection to assess the quality of the cleaning and the overall condition of the drain line. The inspection revealed that the line was now clear of obstructions, and there were no visible signs of damage or deterioration. This thorough cleaning and inspection ensures the kitchen drain line is in good working condition and flowing properly.
Working this afternoon on a slab leak in Fontana. I’ll be rerouting the plumbing to address the slab leak, and I’ll need to access the area by removing some drywall. I’ll be using PEX piping and making sure it’s securely strapped. I’ll also modify the copper manifold and isolate the leak to confirm which line is affecting the fixtures. Once that’s done, I’ll pressurize the system to ensure everything is sealed up and leak-free.
Investigated leak in ceiling under master bathroom. Cut open bay to the right towards the downstairs bathroom and found the drain for the shower. Turned on the shower to locate the source of the water leak. Upon further inspection found the water to be coming from the shower opposite side of the shower valve and on the side of the shower against the bathtub which indicates the leak is due to a failed shower pan.
Technician will utilize electronic leak detection equipment in order to determine cause of leak. In conclusion to leak detection, technician was able to confirm that a sudden hot water copper pipe bursted within the slab occurring within the home. Technician was also able to confirm the location which happens to be downstairs guest restroom. Technician believes main hot water feed over to the restroom is most likely the line that had bursted.
