Job Locations and Reviews
After inspection of water heater determined water heater is operational and issue appears to be with the Heating system that is connected to the water heater. Recommend Heating and Air technician to inspect system.
Upstairs bedroom toilet, had to be pulled and reset, due to tenant hearing the water every time it was flushed. When toilet was pulled I noticed the gap between the flange and the tile floor. 2 flange spacers were installed and 2 new wax rings. Toilet was flushed and tested for leaks! Everything good.
Remove your master toilet to access your branch drain and attempt to clear it with an electric snake. Reset your toilet to ensure that it is leak free and operating properly. Upon removal of toilet, there was heavy root intrusion from the ground growing around the flange and into the closet bend. After snaking there was a camera inspection done and the drain line is clear of any roots.
