Ceiling will have to be cut open to do a further inspection, with cooperation from the neighbors. We will not patch or paint ,this is not included, an option is for a referral given so it can be patched. After a thorough inspection of the drains being exposed, with the help of tenant from next door., water was being flushed and bathtub fully open. No sign of any water leaking. Technician doesn’t think the unit above at 25265 is the problem. Technician thinks it’s the unit # 25261 . They will continue to monitor this issue and follow up.
Technician will pull and reset toilet. WARRANTY: 1 year on leaks and labor. In conclusion to diagnostic, technician was able to determine cause of leaks was due to wax ring failure in master bath. Technician pulled and reset toilet and had installed 2 new wax rings in order to properly seal toilet. DISCLAIMER: Technician notified homeowner not to utilize plunger for upstairs toilet due to the fact that it can break the wax ring seal and would void any warranties that were given.
