Job Locations and Reviews
JIG will replace approx. 20ft. of corroded 3" to 4" cast iron sewer line that leaks to under home when in use. New piping will be ABS materials with heavy duty metal band adapters and proper strapping to secure piping. 1 yr parts and labor warranty.
Downstairs section of the house , where work is being done. Section of the cast iron pipe was cutoff and replaced with ABS pipe and fittings. Was not able to run water and test that area due to upstairs fixtures not installed. This work done today 7/24/24 will be included in the bill for the last work done.
Replace exposed hanging cast iron in garage/basement with approved materials, including new waste and overflow for bathtub, piping, and straps. Descale and camera existing lines as possible. No repairs to drywall, walls, or paint. 1-year warranty on parts, labor, and stoppages (excluding abuse). Payment plan: $1,000 charged to customer's card on file to start work. Additional charge on July 22nd. Remaining balance due within 90 days of work completion.
Upon arrival, inspected the sewer system and determined failure was due to age and deteriorated condition. Scheduled a return visit for full replacement. Documented current system status and communicated necessary actions to the client. Ensured all safety protocols and procedures were followed during the inspection. Client acknowledged and approved the plan for replacement.
