Commercial Urinal replacement Existing urinal appears to be original to the building, and is showing signs of heavy corrosion on the drain plug at the bottom of the trap way. This could begin leaking at any time, and could cause potential issues once the new flooring is installed. JIG Plumbing will supply and install a new urinal in addition to a new flush valve, in order to ensure that there are no future issues once the new flooring is installed. The new flush valve will be tested to ensure proper functionality , and that there are no leaks. The urinal will be securely mounted to the wall. The old urinal will be hauled away at no additional charge. Commercial warranty for parts and labor up to 30 days from time of service.

Arrived to inspect and diagnose a proposed leak caused by a urinal. After inspecting all fixtures, flushing all and having access from a panel, we came to finalize and sent an estimate as well.#JIGPPlumbing

Performed a partial toilet rebuild and a camera inspection in accordance with the JIG membership plan.

Upon arrival noticed water surrounding a half inch galvanized water line in the dirt area,next to concrete walkway. An estimate was given at the time for a repair.

Mens and womens restrooms each had 1 toilet that had water continuously running. Both toilets had the fill valve and the kohler canister gasket replaced. All 4 toilets were inspected for any leaks or issues. Problem solved.

Existing shower cartridge appears to have an extremely slow leak, but it’s still allowing water to pass through. Will change shower cartridge out for new cartridge. Char will be tested to ensure proper functionality of shower cartridge. If problem continues to persist, new shower valve will be necessary.

Existing section of cast iron piping, has a crack in it, and is leaking. Will replace section with new piping, as well as new fitting and cap.

Conducted a tank flush and replaced filter media for a residential water treatment system. Ensured the system is free from sediment buildup and replaced the filter media to maintain water quality for the homeowner.

Will install new 1” water line from new yard box location in the front of the house, with new shut off valve and tee for future irrigation connections. Water line will then go in to and under the home, reconnecting to existing plumbing. Will terminate just outside of the home and cap the line off, leaving be out pipe to be reconnected for future kitchen and ADU. A new hose bib will also be installed branching off of the 1” line. Price may be altered depending on the difficulty of reconnecting the hose bib in the front yard. If any changes are necessary, technician will discuss these changes with the home owner before any work with regards to the hose bib proceeds.

Ran sewer inspection camera out towards the city sewer up to 100’ and saw no issues with the drain line. Everything appears normal and clear with good flow. Inspected up towards the house up to 35’ and everything under the home looks in good order, with no visible issues.

Inspected property for new 1” water line installation. Will provide estimate to install new shut off valve in yard box, and running new line under home to eventually feed new kitchen and ADU.
