Job Locations and Reviews
Completed the installation of customer-supplied fixtures, including toilets, faucets, and a garbage disposal. Additionally, supplied and installed a new 50-gallon tank-type water heater. All work adhered to industry standards, ensuring proper function and compliance with local codes. The water heater installation included connecting to existing plumbing, ensuring correct pressure and temperature settings, and testing for leaks. The job was completed efficiently and professionally. Invoice is due upon completion of the installation. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance.
To supply and install 1 right hand tub shower enclosure and 1 right hand shower Acrylic/fiberglass units both 60x30" with install of customer supplied tub shower valves, and trim, new waste and overflows included with tub/shower, install customer supplied toilets (2), install customer supplied kitchen faucet/disposal, and lavatory faucets (2), supply new gas valves at P.O.C, new 50 gallon water heater, supplies, straps, and test of existing water/gas system, new angle stops and supply lines. We will repipe waters from main water valve and through garage where exposed as these lines are in poor condition. We will insulate hot water lines in garage and at water heater. Any gas repairs beyond the shut off valves due to fire damage upon testing will require change orders. In kitchen we will make repair to drain line that appears to be disconnected from fitting. No repipe of any gas, sewer, or water beyond garage. No supply or install of any appliances, sinks, vanities.
