In conclusion to leak detection technician was able to determine that the home is experiencing a sudden hot water slab leak. Technician highly recommends to repipe home due to the age of the water lines.

Install a new brushed nickel kitchen faucet. Upon turning back on valves, found a leak on the 1/4” ice maker line and found the dishwasher was also run off the cold water line instead of the hot water line. Reinstalled the ice maker line and dishwasher water lines properly. Also there was a hose bib installed behind the kitchen. Hose bib is loose and customer also has an issue with the placement and would like it to be relocated to where the old hose bib used to be.
