Upon arrival technician tightened garbage disposal hose at no charge. Technician disclaimed that there is no warranty for complimentary work. Existing water heater is giving a code, saying that it needs the burner assembly replaced. Due to the age and condition of the water heater, it is recommended that the heater is changed out for an entirely new unit. JIG plumbing will supply and install a new Bradford white 40 gallon water heater, a new shut off, supply lines, gas, sediment, trap, and drain pan will also be included in order to bring the heater up to current code. The hallway toilet was leaking during flushing, so we pulled and reset the toilet using two wax rings to ensure a proper seal. During the service, we also inspected the angle stop and supply line for any signs of wear or leaks, confirming both were functioning correctly. Additionally, we noted that the toilet seat was loose upon arrival, so we secured it to prevent any further issues. After completing all necessary adjustments, the toilet was tested to ensure it was operating without any leaks or malfunctions.

Upon arrival the Technician noticed and heard water continuously running. This is in the womens handicap stall . The Technician rebuilt the Sloan valve, and the issue was fixed.

Existing 40 gallon water heater is leaking, and needs to be replaced.
