Upon arrival, garbage disposal pours out water from the bottom when water passes through. Also two tubular connections under the sink are showing corrosion. JIG Plumbing will replace the old garbage disposal and also replace two plastic washers to prevent leaks in the future. Could not fix tubular drain without replacing trap. Replaced p trap and checked for leaks, parts only. Repaired hall bathroom delta shower/ tub by replacing seat and spring as well as RP1740 Cartridge. Checked thoroughly for leaks. Recommended not to put bones, egg shells, or whole foods down the disposal. Warranty: one year for leaks, labor, and material

JIG Plumbing will Replace 60’ of galvanized pipe with new 1” type L copper. We will angle from the meter to allow for new main to be in the grass rather than under the pavement. We will install a new riser just before the big bush in the grass per David’s request, and the riser by the house would be plain copper with a 90 tying into existing pipe. We will add a recessed garden box with the building main shut off and pressure regulator. We will cut out squares of grass and replace when finished. Some residual dirt is usually left in the grass after the work is complete. Technician will utilize descale solution and a sub pump in order to properly flush out a total of two tankless units. Once completed technician will insure optimal and hot water is occurring.

Technician re-tightened gas adapter connecting to the emergency gas valve shut-off. Once completed technician re-tested and was sure their were no leaks. In conclusion technician does highly recommended to service both tankless units annually if havnt already. Technician recommends flushing the units in order to remove any scale build up within the heat exchangers. Technician also insure both units have the proper water pressure incoming to the home.

Upon arrival, talked with customer and Alan showed me toilet and flushed it. Toilet did not flush well. Got permission to inspect everything in the bathroom but not garage. Tested pressure and pressure was over 125PSI. Presented several estimates. Alan approved auger, but auger did not Improve flush of the toilet. Pulled out baby tree roots as Alan watched me auger. Ran camera thru 3” clean out in closet on other side of wall and saw roots coming down toward sewer. Alan authorized me to pull toilet. Removed large growth of roots and used my torch flame to kill remaining growth. Made a trip to Ferguson for parts, then reset the toilet with new bolts and wax. Added clear caulking sealant and flushed to check for leaks and check flow. Maximum warranty of 45 days since roots are growing.

Upon arrival technician tightened garbage disposal hose at no charge. Technician disclaimed that there is no warranty for complimentary work. Technician did evaluate home and recommended to replace a total of 8 emergency shut-off valves due to the age and condition technician also highly recommends to install conditioning system for the home.

Technicians walked around the entire roof and only found 4 roof drains, around the drains was some debri. With a water hose we ran water down each drain and noticed the flow of water draining down at the exit of the drains. This concludes our inspection, they don’t appear to be clogged.
