Job Locations and Reviews
Technician will hydro jet approximately at 3500 psi in order to remove root intrusion. Technician will then camera inspect line to insure there are no more roots. WARRANTY: 1 year on root intrusion which includes one trip. DISCLAIMER: soft stoppages such as toilet paper will not be covered under warranty do to offsets in the line
Upon arrival technician snaked main sewer line running multiple passes via access exterior clean-out. Once line was cleared technician camera inspected sewer line to insure stoppage was clear. In conclusion to camera inspection technician was able to confirm multiple large root intrusions within the clay pipe. Technician highly advises to hydro jet line in order to properly remove them. Snaking cannot be warrantied due to the root intrusion. Technician will snake and camera inspect sewer line to insure stoppage is clear. WARRANTY: No warranty due to multiple large root intrusions within the Clay sewer line.
Upon arrival the Technician noticed heavy trash and lint at the laundry sink drain. Technician removed all debri, dropped the trap and snaked the drain line. When done, the trap was put together and tested the washer to a full load and drained it. It drained successfully, and no leaks as well.
Warranty service performed at no charge. The cartridge in the shower valve, previously installed, was leaking in the upstairs hallway restroom. Replaced the faulty cartridge with a new unit, effectively stopping the leak. Conducted a thorough inspection to ensure proper installation and no further issues. System now operates correctly. Client informed and satisfied with the repair.
Installed customer supplied Moen shower valves in upstairs restrooms, and provided repair cover plates, as access through the front tile wall was necessary to remove the original shower valves.
Attempted to clear upstairs drain line from ground level exterior cleanout in order to inspect line with camera. Snake could not pass roughly 10’ and continually came to a stop. Camera was attempted but could not see due to heavy build up within the line.
Tenant said they do have water to the house, only a hose bib has no water coming out due to some previous work done in at the back yard, garden area.
