The technician reinstalled the customers kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis system and installed a new customer supplied garbage disposal with disposal collar in the kitchen. Then in the laundry room, the technician installed a new customer supplied faucet and basket strainer and p-trap. After scope of work was complete, the technician thoroughly tested work. Upon arrival the technician found that the toilet was constantly running and water was leaking from underneath the toilet when flushed. Pulled the toilet and floor and the flange and then reset the toilet with a new wax ring and mounting hardware. The technician then completely rebuilt the Sloan/flushometer valve to stop the toilet constantly running. This did not stop the toilet from running so the technician then had to replace the Sloan valve and this stopped the toilet constantly running. Warranty: 120 day commercial warranty

Technician will snake kitchen drain in order to attempt to clear line. In conclusion to scope of work technician was successful in snaking kitchen line. Technician highly recommends to hydro jet due to large amount of sludge build up. Technician also recommends to replace kitchen faucet due to an internal leak occurring.

Upon arrival, the technician attempted replace the shower cartridge but was unable to remove the existing cartridge due to age and condition so the valve needed to be replaced. The technician then opened up the drywall behind the shower to gain access to the shower valve. Once the old valve was cut out the technician then installed the valve with a mixture of copper and PEX and reconnected to the existing 3/8” PEX. If there is still and issue with water pressure at the shower, this is due to your small 3/8” PEX water lines that do not allow enough water to flow to the shower valve fast enough. The technician also repaired the Roman Tub handle at now extra cost. Warranty: 2 years parts and labor.
