Upon arrival, the technician was shown a kitchen faucet that was spraying out of the buttons on the spout when on and a bathroom faucet that had been leaking at the aerator down into the faucet which caused the faucet to corrode at the mounting hardware and inside the faucet. The technician then upon approval replaced the bathroom faucet with a new single handle chrome faucet along with inspecting the shut off valves and drainage underneath the sink. The technician then replaced the kitchen faucet with a new single handle chrome pull down faucet along with a thorough inspection of the shut off valves and drainage underneath. Tested work thoroughly for leaks and functionality. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor *The instant hot water heater under the kitchen sink has low flow and the heater at the bathroom sink has even lower flow with no hot water. Estimate to replace those units will be provided.

Upon arrival the technician was shown a leak at the kitchen sink. After further inspection, the technician found that the RO faucet rubber gasket at the base of the faucet was not properly installed which allowed water to leak from the base of the faucet to underneath the sink. The technician then reinstalled the RO faucet as best as possible and applied silicone to the base of the faucet for extra security and also applied silicone around the top of the sink per customer request. Removed cap for backwater valve and opened the flapper. No water holding in 3” cleanout after the backwater valve. Ran 1/2” cable 55 feet to clear. Ran lots of water to ensure the drains are flowing. Ran a camera and found a 13 foot section of the pipe that is underwater, indicating a belly in the line. Put back all caps except for kitchen cleanout, which broke. On arrival technician made a 12“ x 12“ square incision within the cabinetry. Technician then was able to diagnose and conclude that there was a pinhole leak occurring on a half inch copper line. Technician removed section of pipe and utilize pro press couplings in order to eliminate the leak. Once scope of work was complete technician then pressurized home to ensure that there are no leaks and optimal flow is occurring.

JIG Plumbing will install a customer supplied water heater, as the existing is leaking and still covered under warranty. Technician will also install new ball valve style shut off, new stainless steel flex lines, new drain pan, and new earthquake straps. The existing heater will be drained and taken to the nearest Home Depot in order to exchange out the unit. Once the exchange is complete, the new heater will be installed in the permanent location in the heater stand, and connected. The heater will be filled and lit, then inspected to ensure there are no leaks off further issues. The old heater will be hauled away at no additional charge. Parts and labor warranty up to one year from date of service. No warranty on any customer supplied material.

Upon arrival, customer stated there was a back up issue at the kitchen sink. I was able to test the line and sure enough water was backing up on both sides of the sink. JIG plumbing will perform a basic clearing of the stoppage with a cable machine threw an outside clean out located at the back end of the kitchen sink. After cabling the line, a massive amount of grease was pulled back. Warranty will be voided due to the amount of grease buildup.

This option is to replace exterior service line in ground from meter to building with use of 2" P.E gas service line through excavation and removal of asphalt and soil. This work would be done during normal business hours and will require partial closure of parking area during course of work. Armstrong will remove asphalt and patch. Approx. length of line is up to 100ft. up to south west side of the building with new shut off valve with access box. We will run line up brick at this location and penetrate with core drill into utility room where exposed pipe will be ran and connected to existing 2" steel piping. Technician set customer supplied finish in shower for shower valve, shower head, escutcheon, and ebbe drain cover plate. Once completed, the technician tested thoroughly for leaks and functionality.

Remove the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. The technician will also include a new 3/8”x toilet supply line as well. While pulling the toilet, the technician noticed some damage to the toilet flange and an old flange repair kit. The technician then replace the toilet flange and screwed the new flange to the concrete to secure. The technician will then shut off water to the home and replace the necessary stems, seats, and washers to ensure proper operation of the shower faucet. Arrived to provided a solution to the men’s restroom. Andrew let me in to see restrooms. Both men’s and women’s pool restroom have an area drain that are surrounded by sewage and toilet paper. Men’s restroom floor drain is currently holding water. Called Maureen and emailed her two estimates for the board to discuss and approve. Board approved the snake. Ran a cable through the clean out behind the toilet in the men’s restroom to clear the blockage. Ran the cable approximately 25 feet to clear the blockage. Did not pull back anything on the cable so we cannot determine the cause without a camera. 30 day warranty. Warranty is null if feminine products, paper towels, or any other foreign objects are flushed.

JIG will supply and install new Navien tankless water heater and new Halo Zero conditioner on home. JIG will dig next to service riser to partially bury Halo unit, JIG will supply scale rx under tankless unit on cold water inlet. JIG will clean downstairs hall sink and use drain solution in attempt to deter smells at this area.

Upon arrival the technician was shown a shower valve and a shower drain that needed to be replaced. The technician then shut off water to the home and cut out the old shower valve. Once removed the technician installed a new piece of wood to mount the new customer supplied delta shower valve. For installation, the technician used 1/2” type L copper and pro press fittings. The tile guys arrived about the same time the technician finished the shower valve and informed the technician that they could replace the shower drain adapter without having to break concrete but upon doing so they pulled out the existing abs from the fitting which looked like it had not been properly glued upon the original installation. The technician then properly glued a new piece of abs with an abs shower drain adapter provided by the tile guys who also approved the height the adapter was installed. The original cast iron shower drain adapter was left on site.

J.iG. plumbing will be cutting and removing the section of pipping for the kitchen sink in the internal wall. the technician will have to remove the fitting carefully to insure the piping surfacing from the concrete does not get damaged to prevent any concrete from being broken. After fitting is removed we will then be able to replace the 3x3x3 tee and rebuild the cleanout to the exterior wall and the reset of the section of piping will be reconnected to its original state .JIG plumbing will also be replacing a swing joint connection in the internal wall that is dropping down from the upstairs toilet a 4 foot section will be cut out replaced with new fittings being connected with two coupling. Upon arrival the technician noticed both sides of kitchen sink were backed up, and laundry line was affected as well. Technician gave his recommendation to clear the stoppage. Accumulation out, 30 day warranty barring any abuse. Recommend hydro jetting this line to clean it thoroughly.

Technicians will be making multiple incisions throughout the home and exterior of the home in order to install new Uponor pex A piping. Technicians will insure all pipes are strapped and secured in the attic and the walls. Technicians will then install new ice maker valve, emergency 1/4 shut off valves underneath every fixture, laundry valves, steel braided supply lines, exterior hose bibs, technicians will install new chrome standard moen shower valves. Kitchen sink stoppage at outdoor clean out. Accumulation out.

Arrived to inspect the cause of water damage in the kitchen. After further inspection of the area, the technician found the flooding was caused due to the pressurized dishwasher discharge hose connection at the disposal. The failure was due to a soft stoppage at the p-trap causing the added pressure.

Repaired a section of irrigation at the back yard. Installed a new shut off and hose bib. 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

JIG plumbing will remove existing kitchen drain line inside the home and reroute it to outside the house. We will need to open roughly 6”x6” of stucco under the window for the kitchen drain stub out. We will need to make sure we are not running into electrical or water supply pipes. We will run a new abs drain on the outside of the home, adding an outward facing San tee and connect. We will also need to open roughly 12”x12” by the San tee so we have room to add in the San tee. One year warranty.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a shower with 1 handle and trim removed and the second handle had a stripped screw for the handle. To remove the screw, the technician had to drill it out and then was able to remove the trim. The technician then replaced the necessary stems, seats, and washers to ensure proper operation of faucet. The technician then reassembled the trim and handles and replaced both of the handle screws. No warranty due to condition of the valve and trim.

Technician will perform electronic leak detection. In conclusion to diagnosis technician was able to determine the leak to be located downstairs in between the laundry wall and hallway closet. Technician was able to confirm that it is a hot water slab leak. Technician also was able to determine water will surface within 10 minutes of being pressurized. Technician recommends to re-route water line.
