JIG plumbing will cut up to 2.5x2.5’ square in the concrete/rock brick and expose pipe and repair. If we need to chase the pipe and find it outside of the 2.5’ square, we will charge 275 per square foot to chase. We will do a rough break in the concrete, not leaving clean cuts. JIG plumbing is not responsible for repairing any damage to the concrete. Warranty will depend on the pipe and material. If the pipe is pvc, pex, or copper, warranty will be one year. Upon arrival, the technician determined that a specific fitting was required to properly connect the refrigerator to the ice maker valve. After assessing the setup, the technician identified the correct adapter fitting to ensure a secure connection. JIG arrived to further expose section of failed sewer line (Orangeburg) at tank inlet at septic. After exposing the tank inlet we then chipped away at concrete to allow for connection to line into tank. Once exposed at connection the repair was made with two no-hub style connectors and new ABS pipe and fittings. Due to nature of repair and existing conditions of Orangeburg pipe it is highly recommended to replace sewer line and warranty will be limited to 1 yr on repair only.

However, due to the need to modify the irrigation piping, this section falls outside the original warranty scope. As a result, the modified piping will not be covered under the existing warranty.
