JIGPlumbing attempted to snake and clear the drain using to different cables and was unsuccessful. On 1/22/25 JIGPlumbing attempted to hydro jet the drain, snake it, used the flex shaft. Was unsuccessful. JIGPlumbing will have to come back and cut out a section around the floor sink. Building E 3rd floor replaced a p trap and a branch tail piece for one of the lavs.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a wet area of carpeting in front of the master bathroom lav and partially in the closet. The technician then performed a leak detection on the hot and cold water lines under the lav and the hot and cold shut off valves that supply the unit and found it was coming from the hot water lines. The technician also attempted to check the 502 unit behind but the homeowner would not answer the door. Recommend contacting your HOA for the hot water leak.

Upon arrival, the technician was shown a leak on a 3/4” copper line that has been spraying the stucco since Wednesday. For now the technician stopped the leak with a piece of rubber and a hose clamp. The technician also was shown an area where water was coming up from underneath the flooring. After further inspection, the technician found that the old toilet in the bathroom nearby had a lot of silicone around the base of the toilet and around the toilet bolts. Upon flushing the toilet, the technician heard gurgling in the lav next to the toilet. Recommend pulling the toilet and inspecting the drain line. Also recommend having a restoration company come give an evaluation.

Jig Plumbing will Install 2 customer supplied widespread lav faucets at master bathroom, side by side vanity. After installing the technician inspected all connections for any leaks. Everything working properly. 90 day warranty on labor only.

Install new diaphragm and vacuum breaker for the affected tiptoes in the upstairs offices as well as the women's stall in the worship center.

In room 109 the toilet would not flush at all and showed signs of leaking at the spud. In room 106 the spud had come out which would cause flooding when flushed. Also the valve was leaking from the diaphragm. The technician then rebuilt both of the toilet flushometer valves which controls the flow of water into the toilet during a flush and replaced both of the toilet spuds which connect the flushometer valves to the toilet. Also drilled a hole through the concrete to allow the previously installed tankless condensation line to drain out into the dirt. Warranty: 30 day commercial warranty on the rebuilds

After a quick inspection,One toilet in the kids center by the entrance would constantly keep flushing the stop assembly was off upon arrival. The technician went ahead and removed the diaphragm in the Sloan valve and installed a new one. After it was put back together it was turned back on and tested. Working properly. At the worship center in the women’s bathrooms one toilet had the same issue, it was also corrected,and tested. Working properly

JIG will repair section of 2 inch schedule 80 PVC utilizing 2 inch baker coupling and schedule 80 PVC fittings. Technician will install rebar and rebar wire in order to brace section of repair. Once completed technician will pressurize system to insure their are no leaks.

Upon arrival the customer walked the technician to the hallway restroom, customer stated that while he was changing out the fill valve on the toilet,upon removing the supply line it kinked on him and started to leak. Upon arrival, rigid 3/8” copper supply lines to ice maker are corroded. JIG will remove two rigid supply lines and three 3/8” IP x 3/8” ferrule comp adapters and replace with 3/8” braided stainless steel supply lines and three new 3/8” IP x 3/8 comp adapters. We will check for leaks, moving back any moved appliances/ shelving. 30 day guarantee. Is is recommended to replace the two filters for the ice maker as they were meant to be replaced in 2021.

Upon arrival technician snaked laundry drain in attempt to remove any possible debris technician then extended drainage hose connecting to the laundry machine to eliminate any splash back from drainage. Technician tested drain line to insure optimal flow is occurring. Technician was also able to determine source of leak occurring underneath kitchen sink to be a garbage disposal. Technician will install a complimentary disposal when scope of work is continued.

Kitchen Cable/Camera to clear line and determine condition of line and quality of cable. Cable, mini jet, and camera inspect kitchen line to determine quality of cleaning and condition of drain line.

Exiting water service is leaking, likely due to the large pine tree planted directly next to the water meter box. With the root system and the concrete for the sidewalk, digging to find the leak is difficult at best, and could potentially make the leak worse once the soil and roots are disturbed. JIG Plumbing will excavate a trench in the yard in order to install a new 1” copper water line, connecting at the meter, and continue all the way to the house, and install a new shut off and pressure regulator, as well as a new hose bib, and reconnect the irrigation. A section of the sidewalk will be removed in order to install the pipe, as the roots complicate any other option of trenching. The concrete will be patched after he work is completed.

Technician removed the 2”vent pipe to access the stoppage, Heavy roots and accumulation out. NO WARRANTY,this is a constant issue, were roots are growing in the vertical part of the vent stack. This section has to be removed and replaced with new pipe.

Provide and installed a total of 8 emergency shut off valves in the E building second floor in 2 bathrooms for the faucets. Then the technician reconnected the faucets using 7 customer supplied supply lines and one JIG provided supply line. Warranty: 1 year parts and labor on supplied parts

Upon arrival technician noticed water leaking from the kitchen ceiling, Technician was able to cut open a section of the ceiling to locate the leak. Technician cut out the section of water lines once the water was shut down to the building. After the repair the technician turned the water back on and tested for leaks. Everything working properly, no leaks, the ceiling was covered with plastic and taped up.

Supplied and installed a new garbage disposal 1 year warranty parts and labor.

Technician was able to remove the panel to turn off the angle stop to to drinking fountain. Water has now stopped leaking, we will assess this issue at another time.

Technician arrived and noticed it’s the same issue from roots growing in the 2” drain. This has been addressed in the past and has to get repaired. Roots and accumulation out, NO WARRANTY. Reference invoice #45809809 / June 7th 2024

JIG plumbing will snake all laundry standpipes first floor building D. We will attempt to run 3/8” cable but if it does not fit, we will use the 1/4” cable. We will run water through all standpipes at full garden hose pressure for at least one minute to check flow. Ran 3/8” cable through first standpipe from the left. 3/8” cable went through the trap and snaked 25 feet. Pipe feels smooth. Ran garden hose right away and none of the drains backed up. Ran 3/8” cable through second standpipe from the left. Snake went through trap and snaked 10 feet. Pipe felt rough and possible corrosion in some sections. Ran garden hose and no back ups Attempted to run 3/8” cable through third standpipe but would not go through trap. Ran 1/4” cable 10 feet and there were some rough sections where the pipe had build up and possible corrosion due to age. Cable was somewhat difficult to pull back. Ran garden hose and no backups. Attempted to run 3/8” cable through fourth standpipe but would not make it

Technician went ahead and removed the trap on one side and after a couple of attempts to make the cable drop, it did and successfully cleared the stoppage. Once cleared, everything was put back together and tested with running water from both sinks. Both sinks are missing the pop up assembly stopper, therefore there is no warranty.
