JIG plumbing will snake all laundry standpipes first floor building D. We will attempt to run 3/8” cable but if it does not fit, we will use the 1/4” cable. We will run water through all standpipes at full garden hose pressure for at least one minute to check flow. Ran 3/8” cable through first standpipe from the left. 3/8” cable went through the trap and snaked 25 feet. Pipe feels smooth. Ran garden hose right away and none of the drains backed up. Ran 3/8” cable through second standpipe from the left. Snake went through trap and snaked 10 feet. Pipe felt rough and possible corrosion in some sections. Ran garden hose and no back ups Attempted to run 3/8” cable through third standpipe but would not go through trap. Ran 1/4” cable 10 feet and there were some rough sections where the pipe had build up and possible corrosion due to age. Cable was somewhat difficult to pull back. Ran garden hose and no backups. Attempted to run 3/8” cable through fourth standpipe but would not make it

Technician noticed after a quick inspection that both lavs, side by side backed up. Technician went ahead and removed the trap on one side and after a couple of attempts to make the cable drop, it did and successfully cleared the stoppage. Once cleared, everything was put back together and tested with running water from both sinks. Both sinks are missing the pop up assembly stopper, therefore there is no warranty.

JIGPlumbing will run you dirty arm for drain and new waterline and Stop out with angle stop for sink that will be placed in cabinet in the classroom in the downstairs floor. Drywall will be open in order to have direct access to both drain and waterlines, and then items will be plumbed in. Once all items are installed, it will be tested to ensure proper functionality.

Upon arrival it appears to be back to back lav stoppages, the Technician will attempt to snaked the lavs from a dropped trap. Technician was successful clearing the drain. Hair and accumulation out. At restroom A, shower stoppage at trap and line, hair and accumulation out.

Building F 2nd floor north east dorm restroom, the shower stall on the right hand the shower valve, trim and handle replaced. Section of the drywall was already cut out upon arrival, the technician has to cut a small section as well to connect the fittings. Water was turned on and tested for leaks. Everything working properly. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Building E 3rd floor north east dorm restroom B , the lav on the right side. The trap and dirty arm were replaced due to heavy corrosion and leakage.

In this service we will need to shut water off to isolate home. We will then cut out old existing gate valve out of 1 inch main riser. We will then install a 1 inch emergency shut off valve so the client has proper isolation to main water. We will also be replacing a Delta cartridge, we will need to extract and remove old cartridge. We did advise client in the process of replacing cartridge if cartridge is completely frozen inside valve we will need to explore other options on valve replacement.

Upon arrival technician snaked bathroom lavatory sink, and shower drain. Technician was successful in both attempts. Technician snaked shower for approximately 30 feet. Technician cleared the drain and proceeded to run hot water to insure stoppage is clear. Technician then proceed to snake lavatory sink and in order to do so technician had to drop p-trap in order to gain access.

I responded to a leak at a home in Dimas, CA. Upon inspection, I found a damaged section of pipe causing water to pool in the affected area. I quickly isolated the leak, repaired the faulty pipe, and tested the system to ensure no further issues. The leak is now resolved.

Upon arrival, the technician found a 3-handle Pfister tub/shower valve with a water shutoff issue. After disassembling, the technician discovered worn rubber gaskets on the stems. The seats, stems, and trim were replaced, and the valve was tested for leaks and functionality. Warranty: 120-day warranty on wearable items.

Existing surface mounted 1/2” water line is leaking at the elbow and will need to be replaced. JIG Plumbing will remove the existing elbow and replace it with a new section of piping and fittings, ensuring that the connections are sound and water tight. Warranty on material labor for up to one year of service.

Building F, 2nd,3rd floors. Replaced 6 angle stops at the restroom lavs. At 3rd floor S.E. Dorm Replaced a 2” and a 1” ball valves,and did a repair on a 1 “ water line. At the 2nd floor S.E. Dorm. Technicians pressurized the water lines, and inspected for leaks. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Upon arrival, the technician was informed by the tenet that the unit was backed up and flooded in both bathrooms from the toilet and the bathtub but the water went down about couple hours before the technician arrived. The technician ran both bathtubs and flushed both toilets multiple times and watched the clean outs outside and saw the water draining properly.

Sloan valve in newly remodeled restroom in administration. Downstairs offices would not turn off other than using the emergency shut off valve. This is an indication that the diaphragm has been worn out. JIG plumbing will provide an install a new diaphragm and new vacuum breaker in question, and assess it further upon reassemble it. if issues persist after repair is done, due to age and condition of the valves, it is recommended that the valve be replaced, including the spot. An estimate for this service can be provided upon request.

Upon arrival the customer showed me the issue. Technician was to start snaking from an already dropped trap on a side by side lavs. Attempted to snake several times, from both dropped traps and was unsuccessful, cable either skipped across or went up the vent. There is a clean out but it is inside the wall, and was unable to remove it. When removing the screw that hold the plate cover, water continuously leaked. The restrooms upstairs are going to have be closed in order to not run any water, when that clean out is removed. Drain line is still backed up.

Existing ice machine drain is backed up, most likely due to sludge buildup from condensation. JIG Plumbing will clear the drain using various pieces of drain equipment in order to ensure that the drain is flowing properly. Once the drain is open, water will be dumped down the drain Multiple times to ensure a proper flow of water.

At Building F 2 nd floor N.E. Quad, 6 Angle stops replaced in restroom. At Building D 3 rd floor N.E. Quad, 6 Angle stops, 1 grid drain, abs wye branch tailpipe replaced in restroom. Also at Building D staff apartment,replaced a customer supplied kitchen sink faucet and dishwasher air gap.

Emergency service and modifications of copper piping including replacement of two failed shut off valves with new pro-press type shut off valves. Included turning on boiler system and flushing any and all air out of line. Chipping away of some concrete and minor patching back included at shut off valves. *Note: this work did require opening of supply house for emergency repair parts that were not available at box stores and this fee was applied to scope of work. This work was necessary to prevent continued flooding of unit as pipe burst was not able to be reduced by any means on site. JIG Plumbing will remove and demo tub and shower enclosure, in order to gain access to hot water manifold within the wall. Once exposed technicians will modify hot water manifold and begin utilizing special equipment in order to determine exactly which slab line is leaking and to what fixtures it feeds. Once determined technicians will then begin making drywall incisions in order to begin the rerout

Existing kitchen drain line is leaking from a various locations and is damaged. Drain is also backing up and needs to be cabled. JIG Plumbing will supply and install new drainage for the kitchen, and will also clear the stoppage of the drain though the cleanout in the men’s restroom on the adjacent wall. Once work is completed, the kitchen sink will be tested to ensure proper functionality and that there are no further issues.

Existing water line is leaking in the slab. The leak is audible when you enter the home, and can be hear in multiple locations within the home, it’s downstairs as well as upstairs. It is recommended to repipe to prevent future leaks from the existing water lines. JIG Plumbing will install new PEX water lines throughout the home, and reconnect to all existing fixtures with new shut off valves, including the washing machine, the faucets, and the water heater. JIG Plumbing will also install contractor grade shower valves for both upstairs restroom. Project will begin September 5, and will be completed September 7. Permits are not included in the price, and would be additional if necessary.

Kitchen line that has been serviced in the past with draining slowly. Cable was inserted into floor drain that is used typically to open up the line, and run out in order to attempt to open the line. Due to the amount of Greece, that seems to be accumulating in this line, no warranty can be applied to the service rendered. The customer was advised to flush hot water every few days in order to help break up and push the grease down and out of the line.

Technician flushed both toilets and backed up with a couple of flushes. The shower was also backed up. Attempted to snake from the 3” clean out, and was unsuccessful. Pulled one of the toilets to snake the line with the main line machine, wipes and accumulation out. No Warranty. Toilet was reset and both were flushed several times. Line is clear. The shower was still backed up, so the shower was snaked and cleared. Hair and accumulation out.

Upon arrival Technician, was to replace a customer supplied kitchen sink faucet and a customer supplied lav faucet. Technician was to supply and replace 4 angle stops for both fixtures,when Technician was under the kitchen sink it was noticed that the drain pipe after the p trap going into the wall had a crack around the edge of the hub. A repair was done to that part of the drain, including a new p trap. After everything was put together,water was turned back on and tested for pressure and leaks. Everything working properly.

Womens restrooms Building D 2nd floor south east dorm Upon arrival noticed heavy amount of paper in toilets. Main line at a pulled toilet,accumulation out. Once the line was cleared, tried flushing the toilet on the next stall and that one backed up. This toilet had to be cleared with an Auger. Toilet was reset and flushed several times. If this continues to happen we will do a camera inspection for further investigation. Heavy amount of toilet paper, or paper towels seems to be an ongoing issue!
