Used descale machine to remove scale buildup throughout the line, as well as targeting cleaning on the worst location. Line is now cleaned of scale and will allow the proper flow of toilet tissue and waste. Line was flushed repeatedly to ensure that there are no issues with flow.

Remove right hand, men’s restroom, toilet, as the issue technician head service previously was continuing. Ran snake out for several feet until line cleared, and pulled snake back. At this point, the camera was inserted into the line to attempt to detect what was causing the back ups. At 5 feet the camera showed a paper towel in the drain line, which is not supposed to be flushed. At 10 feet a large buildup of scale was seen, with a paper towel right next to it. At 16 feet the line goes horizontal no vertical and drops downstairs to eventually tie into the main sewer line. The scale buildup is likely catching the paper towels and causing a significant back up. Every time the paper towels are flushed, and are allowed to accumulate. It is recommended that the light is descaled to eliminate the buildup, and allow smooth passage of properly disposed of items, such as human waste and toilet paper only. Removed right hand toilet in upstairs men’s restroom to access main sewer line, as the toilet in the center women’s restroom toilet were both backing up, which indicates they were on the same line. After removing all the water from the toilet, the toilet was removed, and a snake was inserted into the line, roughly 10 feet. While running the snake, multiple bends and turns were encountered making it difficult to feed the cable through. After roughly 10 feet, the cable encountered a stoppage and the line was cleared, so this section of piping was worked thoroughly to ensure that the stoppage was broken up. After running the cable a little further to ensure there was no other stoppages, the cable with retrieved and inspected. There was nothing wrapped around the cable, so the cause of stoppage is unable to be determined at this time. The toilet and new wax ring were installed, and the Sloan flush valve was reconnected.
