At outside 4” clean outs, used the Milwaukee chain knocker to de scale any buildup in the drain lines. Once the line was de scaled the toilets were flushed and a camera inspection was done. There were no obstruction to the lines. The drain lines were open and draining properly upon arrival.

Clear your main drain from an outside access point using an electric snake. Evaluate your drain piping using a video inspection camera. Heavy duty commercial retrieval equipment used to removed obstruction in the line which was causing multiple stoppages. This specialty equipment is used to prevent having to break concrete and excavate the line in order to remove the obstruction. Obstruction was successfully removed.

Upon arrival technician snaked line and cleared stoppage. Once complete technician camera inspected line and located multiple points of possible locations of set up for lining equipment. Technician also located and spotted an obstruction in the line at approximately 30-35 feet within the line. Technician will utilize snaking equipment and camera equipment.

Used a camera to inspect condition of the line and then used electric snake to clear the line and then proceed to use the Milwaukee Picote chain knocker machine to descale the line. Once the line was descaled, the technician flushed the debris and then used the camera to inspect the line. Upon first inspection with the camera, found a feminine hygiene product in the line and due to this we are unable to warranty the line. Line is currently open and draining properly.

In conclusion to scope of work, once cast-iron sewer line was descaled, and Hydro jetted technician was able to rehabilitate line as best as possible. Due to the age of the line, JIG plumbing will be unable to warranty sewer line.

Perform cable service of main drain line through access with camera inspection. Found lots of debris in floor sink and needed to use the electric snake to clear the branch line as well.
